We stand by our craftsmanship, for a life-time.

All items are guaranteed for life. If damage occurs through the fault of our craftsmanship, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose your leather was intended we will replace it for free.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We are also not responsible for damages caused by neglect or unreasonable use.

We will review each warranty claim on a case by case basis. If your claim is covered by our warranty, we will have you send it back to us (if the damage can be fixed) If a replacement is needed, we will replace your leather item with the same one you originally purchased. If that exact model and/or colors are not available at the time, we will issue a credit for the original purchase price.

The original purchase order receipt will need to be provided to claim the warranty.

Custom orders - Cancellations/Returns

Uptown Leather Co. offers our clients the ability to customize each order. Meaning, you are purchasing a product that is designed by you and is not a “stock item”. Orders are not able to be cancelled due to the uniqueness of each order. Returns are not accepted, unless there was an error on our behalf.
